Condominios Pilar is pleased to announce that the new Pilar Alert System is now operational.

This new communication system has been developed to provide faster and more reliable notifications regarding important operational and emergency situations at Pilar, including:

• Water outages or interruptions
• Electrical outages
• Internet interruptions
• Maintenance issues
• Weather-related conditions
• Security or safety notices
• Other important operational updates

 

Alerts may be delivered by:

• SMS/Text Message
• Email
• Or both, depending on the type of alert and your registration preferences

 

Important: Registration Information
To ensure that alerts are delivered properly, it is very important that all occupants complete their Registration Form information before arriving at Pilar.

Please make sure the following information is included and accurate:

• Occupant name (primary occupant)
• Mobile phone number (primary occupant)
• Email address (primary occupant)
• Preferred language (English or Spanish)
• SMS consent selection

 

Owners Who Rent or Loan Their Units
Owners that rent their unit or allow family/friends to stay in their unit are encouraged to ensure that guest contact information is included on the Registration Form.  This helps ensure that guests receive important operational and emergency notifications during their stay.

 

Year-Round Owner Alert Option
Owners who would like to receive Pilar Alerts even when they are not currently staying at Pilar may opt-in to receive year-round email alerts.  This option is intended for owners who wish to remain informed about important conditions or events occurring at Pilar while their unit is empty or while guests, renters, or family members may be occupying their unit.

 

SMS/Text alerts are intended only for urgent operational or emergency notifications. To help ensure reliable and timely delivery, SMS messages will generally be brief. Message frequency will vary depending on conditions at Pilar. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS alerts. Please continue using the Pilar Registration Form prior to each stay and ensure all information is current.
